Host and Produce Elevated & Intimate events at The intersection of live music, comedy, food, and glamping.
By building an owned-and-operated venue and glamping destination we’ll leverage our soup-to-nuts experiential capabilities to host events, regional promoters, local markets, themed dinners, brand activations, and “adult summer camp” experiences.

To ensure the privacy and safety of our neighbors and customers, we plan to provide secure fencing where required, recessed at least 50 ft within our own property as well new landscaping and treen-lined barriers to preserve the natural aesthetic of the surrounding community. Additionally we plan to mitigate risk via the following:
